Anthony,

Thanks for posting an intro. Glad you are here with us. If you are interested in becoming an Army Ranger, this is a really solid start. Have you talked to a recruiter yet? What have you been doing if you are not in school at your age? You've accomplished some amazing things in the world of fitness which speaks volumes to who you are - but how much further can you go?

Have you ever given yourself an APFT since you are interested in joining the military?

Welcome to the site Anthony,

From a personal trainers prospective. What you did during the past year as astonishing, and there are not many people in this world with the mental strength to be able to accomplish that, huge congrats to you.

You seem to have that under control right now. Just don't loose focus.

I have talked to a few recruiters in my area. I'm still a bit overweight. I'm about 213 lbs and I need to get down to at least 180 lbs. I finished my associates degree, and I've just been working on and off. I really want to build myself up from the ground up. I have RASP programs that I will be starting soon and help from fellow Rangers.
Keep at it. Don't over train. Post a reply as soon as you read this on your progress and every two weeks until you find a recruiter.
