Continue to work on your task-list. Most of our mentees who complete RASP, tell us that they used many of the skills they learned here.

My push-up score has dropped dramatically because I have changed my form for the better. My recruiter said that if you are trying out for any elite schools or regiments, your chest should be touching the ground each time you do a rep. Before, I was just making it to the 90 degree angle. While I'm not very happy with the drop in numbers, it's definitely for the better as it will help me in the long run.
