Roger Ranger Jim, I will post tomorrow. Should I post updates every week?

I will post my PT test tomorrow, I've been busy all week and haven't had any time to take it.

I do my pt test in the next few days. My hamstrings are not feeling that great right now and last time I ran on them like this I was out for a week.
This shouldn't be an issue, I just upped my workout routine and this happened before when I started getting in shape.

Alright so I'm having a lot of trouble finding time to do my PT tests.

I've finally got some of my friends to help me workout which is keeping me in check and I asked the recruiters to do future soldier twice a week and I finally got it. This is what my schedule will look like now.

Monday - Upper body & ab workout then a 2 mile run after
Tuesday - 5 mile run (Recruiters)
Wednsday - Heavy ruck 8-12 (8-10 one week, 11-12 next week alternating)
Thursday - (Recruiters) usually not running but like a pretty intense circuit or something. This really helps my push-ups every time we do it
Friday - leg day & abs afterwards then a light 1-1.5 mile run
Saturday - going as fast as I can with a light ruck 5-6 miles
Sunday is rest.

If I get an off day, I will post my scores but other than that I am all tied up. I'm still migrating into this routine and switching things around so if I can get one of my ruck march days that's not that bad, I could start throwing a test in there, we'll see.

The PT test will not be administered that way.

In the Army, we train the way we will fight.

Trevor, You are under 90 days until you ship. What are you doing to prepare yourself for OSUT? Never, never quit!

Ranger Jim, my apologies on being so late to reply.

Right now, my PT is my number one goal to improve until I ship but is definitely not the only thing I am doing. I am still taking time to go over a lot of ranger materials, and make sure that by basic, the Ranger creed is second nature to say. While I am doing that though, I am making sure that I still understand what I am saying, and I am trying to live by that every day.

I am especially focused on PT right now because I took a PT test about ago (the post never sent I guess) with my recruiters and the results were:

Pushups-75
Situps-71
Run-15:48

I think the place I was running at was way shorter than I thought so my times were a lot better. Either way, I have completely redone my PT to adapt to this. I still have a month and then some so I will bring my time to where I thought it was (13-14 minutes) before I ship and will still try to get it below 13 minutes which was my original goal.

Rangers, I haven't been that actively lately but I have not lost sight in the final goal. I am still just as motivated, if not more, than when I started here.

My last PT was around 275 on my last official PT test. I'm maxing the push-ups (90+) and sit-ups (88+). My run sucks (14:48) but I was told to rest up until I ship on account of some pretty bad shin splints and I really shouldn't be pushing myself on runs until I ship. I want to go into basic and RASP and give it my all. I'm definitely not where I wanted to be run wise, but I feel confident that I will be well past the pre-requisites before RASP and that hopefully I will have brought it down well below the minimum requirements and more towards the Ranger standard.

Well, you should be about ready for OSUT. Please begin a SITREP in the letters from school thread when you ship out. Never, never quit!
