Introduction- Dsully25

Post by dsully25 »

Rangers,
My name is Dylan, I am a 17 year old junior in High School from New Jersey and, I have a twin brother who also has hopes to become a Ranger one day. I have wanted to join the military ever since I was very little. I want to be a Ranger because I want to be apart of something bigger than myself and be a part of a brotherhood that isn't found in the civilian world. I also want a challenge, and I love our great country. I have the Never Quit attitude and, I will do anything and everything it takes to reach my goal. I have been lurking on this site for some time and soaking up as much information as I can read in order to set me on the right path for success.

Welcome to the site Dylan. There have been lots of brothers who have served in the Ranger Regiment and I even know of a couple sets of twins. I posted in 'Ranger, SOF and Military news' a story of the three Conklin brothers who are serving in Regiment at this time, might be something you would want to watch. I am not worried about being let down - always remember/think to never let yourself down by driving on & never, never quitting.

Ranger Jim,

Sorry for the delay.

Push-ups:57
Sit-ups: 52
Pull-ups: 10
2 mile: 17:14

Running and sit-ups are my weakness. I am working hard to improve my scores.

You now have a PT baseline to build on. Lots of work is needed. Never, never quit!

Rangers,

On Thursday I got into a car accident, the car I was driving was totaled. I am fine but, I do have second degree burns on my wrist that I am taking care of. I thought I should let you Rangers know. I will continue to pt to the best of my ability, my legs still work so that shouldn't be a problem.
