Welcome James, your APFT scores are seriously lacking. I concur with Ranger gRavepc, find yourself a good Physical fitness program from the physical fitness threads and start it immediately. If you are willing to give it all you have to prepare yourself to be a Ranger, then you'll see those scores improve very quickly. Give everything you've got, ever time you give and never, ever quit!
