Your sentence composition and grammar need work.

After reading your rambling essay, I still don't know if you have made a decision.

Do you really want to enlist?

Do you really want to be a Ranger?

If you really want to be a Ranger, you are in the right place. However, you must want it more than anything else.

Make a commitment or move on.

My push ups seem to burn out in 1 minute at about 30 reps. I had more left in my sit ups just don't have the pacing down. My back seems to be my strongest part. Have a lot of work to do that's for sure.
You have some work to do on your PT.

Welcome to the site Steven. As Ranger Lefty said, being a Ranger is an all or none proposition, you have to be willing to give it all you've got if you want to make it. Your PT score are lacking, read the threads on physical fitness and start a good workout program. Give everything you've got, every time you give and never, ever quit! RLTW

You really need to focus on improving your pushups. There are plenty of workout threads here with specific focus on pushups, but here is a quick one to get you moving.

Once an hour, for every hour you are awake, stop and knock out 25 +1 for GRITS. This should really not take you any more than about 30-45 seconds.

About 2-3 times a week, do pushups until you reach muscle failure. I don't mean, "I'm sore and want to stop". I mean sweat pouring in to your eyes, shaking like a dog shitting a peach pit, completely physically incapable of pushing yourself off the ground. Don't count how many you do, don't see how long it takes, just push. And push. Then push some more.

After a few weeks of doing this, you should start to see some real improvement. Start to increase the hourly sets by small increments, 5-10 reps. Get to the point where you can easily knock out 100 +1 (GRITS always gets his). Actually completing 100 with proper form is more important than how long it takes. The speed will increase as you grow stronger.

Good Luck.
