My neck hurts from leaning forward in my chair to surf the 'net all day at work, when I should be leaning back in the chair.

Yeah, my 12 year old son is begging me to take him to see it. Do you have any idea how much it costs to take the entire family to the movies these days? Last time we went, I dropped like $80! :?

My dad started taking me to Bond flicks ( always on opening night) ever since the early 70's.

I think back then the tickets and food/drink for both of us cost about $4.00

I remember the first time I paid $5.00 for a movie ticket was about 1979 when the first Star Trek flick came out.

It's a little over $10 a ticket here so we decided to wait until they come out on DVD and rent the movie at $1.50.

We do the same thing. I get sick of paying a butt load of money for a movie and then having it suck ass, (which is usually the case). We do NetFlix and the DVD's get released a lot sooner than they used to so it's really a no brainer for us. I feel a little less raped if the movie stinks, at least.
