Post by IRNMIKE »

Rangers,

Thanks for all the advice and motivation. I am excited and can't wait to get started. I will be relentless in my pursuit of acceptance into the Ranger brotherhood, and will not ever quit. Will post SITREP when possible

You've got to be a good soldier before you can be a Ranger...keep your eye on the 5 meter target. Make your own luck.

Keep us posted.

Pain is temporary, but quitting is forever.

You will never regret completing your training
and becoming a Ranger.

Congratulations, stud. You will, no doubt, partake in the Christmas exodus. Airborne will be fun, and you will actually be gettin paid to jump out of a plane.
WE NEED MORE RANGERS!

Going into RIP with a 300+ PT score is kinda like going into a high stakes poker game holding onto a 'four of a kind'.
It's a very good hand.

It doesn't, however, by any way mean you are going to win the game. Far from it.
Indeed, you still have to play the game. But if you play a good hand and commit fully to the task at hand by going "all in" you may walk away from the table holding all the poker chips at the end of the day! 8)

Excellent on the PT. But there will be more challenges than that. I know lots of people that graduated college with 4.0's but here in the real world they are dumb as bricks.

They will be giving you a "Gut" check also!

Just hang tough!

Excellent! Have fun jumping out of planes. The first one is a real rush. I'm sure you'll be home for Christmas, as well. Keep it up!
