Loki's re-intro

Post by Loki »

Let me start by saying that I hope I'm in the right place with the right avatar, I was gonna use the SPC avatar, but didn't see one.

Anyway, I'm an old dipshit newt that's since joined the Army and am serving as a Sapper in an armor batallion here at Fort Stewart. I love being in the Army and would like to consider myself squared away, but I've still got a lot to learn. I'm here because although I can't complain about my current situation, I'd like to reclass to Psyops or SF and figure there is no better place to learn than from the community here.

As it is the day after Christmas, you get a break. Welcome...

A man has only one opportunity to make a favorable initial impression and you get a no-go at this station. Please regroup and try again.

You were told the following on the forum: IF you are a Ranger or Veteran, please include your dates of service, unit of assignment and Ranger School class date (If applicable).

Have you been deployed? Where have you been for the past year or so? Please be more specific.

Roger that Ranger Jim, my apologies...

Entry Date: 20060228
E Co, 4-64 AR BN, 3rd Infantry Division
Have not yet been deployed, but looking forward to the opportunity. I was at the Wood for OSUT (Alpha 35th) and then assigned to FSGA. Past year has been pretty bland really, but pretty soon we'll be in the field for a good month or two straight before going to NTC, then to the sandbox.

I have a chance at SFAS in Feb or 37F in May if I wanna go, now its just decision time.
