Howdy, I am a Disabled Army Veteran that was in the Navy
for 6 years 83-88 before switching service and
joining the Army, at first in the Reserves in 88 and just a few
months later Acitve duty. Was a Vulcan (Towed) Gunner with B 1/44 ADA
Ft Lewis was next door to 2/75th Rangers so i feel kind of
like a close freind to alot of you because of it.
Then came a 100% service conected disablity in 89 and
was medicaly retired in 90, spent alot of time with other disabled soldiers
and Rangers from Operation Just Cause at Madigan Army Hospital before
i was discharged.

Anyway, thats what brings an ADA soldier to a Ranger forum.

While in the Navy was a Radioman later conveted to Naval
Aircrewman service between 83-88, stationed in San Diego
NAVCOMMSTA SD, USS Merrill DD976, Multiple Sea Deployments
and later to NAS Pensacola as Aircrewman.

Could be, i was in there in the winter of 89 to spring of 90.
Were you in the Physical Therapy room? I remember a few
Rangers there, that was kind of the hang out that everyone
got to know each other.
Still have my hospital ID, I heard the new Hospital was
finished not long after that,
Madigan was one Old-School building.
