Welcome, Tommy! I don't mind telling you it has been a while since I've seen an introduction as strong as yours. If you want to earn a place in the 75th Ranger Regiment, you came to the right site. We take pride in the fine young men who pass through armyranger.com on their life journey. Most of the questions you might raise have been addressed at least once. The search feature located at the top right of this page is your friend. Please tell us more about yourself; where did you grow up, what made you decide to become a Ranger? Never, never quit!

Well, as I've lived in Springfield, VA since 1981, I've got to admit I never heard of Buena Vista, VA. I worked for my Uncle Leo who owned a chicken hatchery and went to night school at Penn State, It was good preparation for living in the Washington, DC area as I learned to recognize chicken shit when I saw it. I joined the the army and as you can see by my signature became an Officer. I have an undergraduate degree from a small school in NC (I serve on the Alumnai BOD) and a masters from Georgetown. The Army offers an opportunity unlike anything else. Talk to a recruiter and examine the oppotrunities service in the 75th Ranger Regiment offers. Never, never quit.

I have a BA in History from Methodist University (when I went there it was Methodist College) in Fayetteville. At the time, we had about 600 students in all. It has grown. Try this link as a start point for discussions with recruiters:

Look forward to seeing you when you visit your family. Never, never quit!
