Great job on the Option 40.

Now lets discuss your signature line..

As KH said months ago, Fuck Rambo. He's not even real.
You don't know shit about following or leading and at this point, no one is avenging your death.

Finally, at no point in my career, was it decided that a fucking appliance is a weapon I wanted to threaten the enemy with.

I hope it's all right if I keep posting on this topic instead of starting a new one.

I would like to post my most recent APFT score conducted at my recruiting station today.

Push Ups: 55
Sit Ups: 50
2 Mile: 15:15

My pushup endurance has dropped although my bench has increased, This was a major reality check for me that there definatley aren't shortcuts to this.

I would also like to request a mentor to help guide me through this, I hope this is the right place to do this.

Stop benching, those beach muscles aren't going to help much.
pushups increase pushup score
situps increase situp score
running ...
you get the fuck idea.
to easy.

I'm in a weight lifting class and we have a srtict workout we have to follow and then the coach has to sign off on it, so not benching isn't an option, I was just relying on that as kind of a push-up substitute which was a mistake, I am fixing the problem and hope to be able to get 70 push-ups and 60 sit-ups and my run down to a 14:00 before my next APFT. I have one month to do this
