I wouldn't try to go with one ruck for common packing list items plus your aid bag gear. I would keep my aid bag separate. I don't like Blackhawk much, but their STOMP II does have room for an M5 bag plus. I've used it as a medbag/3 day pack before and although I had to skimp on my formulary it work...

Antibiotic overuse has a downsite. VRE, VRSA, MRSA, et al... It's hard to know unless you get a culture and sensitivity done, but the reality is that old infections like Staphylococcus have become dangerous again due to these new resistances. Any cellulitis, given the prevalence of resistant strains...

The primary stretching I would do if I were in your shoes would be to streth my arms AWAY from cheeseburgers for a while. I'm not saying you're FAT, LOL, but if you hypothetically were then saying "NO" to the occasional Krispy Kreme would benefit your condition.

I'm late to this topic, but I have a few comments: It is unusual to have a stress fracture in the fibula becuase the tibia is the primary weight/stress bearing bone in the lower leg. Rotational force - muscular or otherwise - is the common cause of isolated fibula fractures. For this reason you may ...

You should tell them that you have had the surgery. They'll probably see the scars anyway on your physical exam. Those fuckstick pogues at USAREC will probably also tell you that you can't get any Airborne contract with retained hardware - like they did me. Maybe things have changed given that recru...

For 47 y/o neither of those BPs is bad, and your HR is excellent. If I had a BP in the high 130's I would take my BP once a day for a week, trying to take it at the same time every day after at least 10 minutes of inactivity. If it was still in the high 130's systolic then I would just watch it - ma...

I think the reason Lasik is an issue is because of the way it corrects your visual problems, leaving your eye more sensitive to pressure related injuries. Even that is dubious, according to the doc who did my PRK here at Bragg. According to him, they are not sure that there would be any problems wi...

I had an L4-5 laminectomy and discectomy about a year ago. In my case the surgery was successful - it relieved my radiating nerve pain for the most part (I still have occassional symptoms). I have never heard anyone say anything positive about a fusion procedure. In my case, I didn't follow my neuro...

Don't forget..... there are 11 players on offense in American football!!!

And, if that's not creepy enough, there are ALSO 11 players on defense!!!

This is getting weird.
