For that kind of money for a scope, you might consider a Nightforce Compact on a LaRue Tactical SPR mount.

GG&G is making a nice compact red dot for close in stuff you can mount a Docter, Jpoint, etc. on.

+eleventy on build it yourself. There are so many manufacturers out there making quality stuff. MSTN claims the Noveske 12.5" barrel holds 1/2 MOA at 100 yards with Black Hills ammo, then you have Vltor and Larue making uppers, as well as damn near everyone else with a CNC milling operation. I ...

http://www.handgunlaw.us/ too bad packing.org isn't around anymore... Packing.org is gone? I used to go there all the time. The best bet when driving through other states is to keep it in your trunk locked in a box, separate from your ammo. Or get a Utah non-resident permit which is good in 37 stat...

I've been shooting Glocks for about 7 years, mostly competition with hot or low-powered handloads. They are very, very reliable. I've put about 10k rounds of 9mm through my model 34, and probably another 15k through my other Glocks. I replace the mag springs every year, clean it once in a blue moon,...

I picked up a Toshiba HDA3 HD DVD player last month, got it through Amazon with 10 free movies. BluRay is still too expensive to justify. The player takes forever to start up, and it certainly makes all my normal DVD's look better. Its hooked up via HDMI to our Mitsubishi 37" 1080p LCD. I'm pre...

I rate it up there with Hot Fuzz for the funniest movies I've seen in 2007. I watched Balls of Fury today, it has some of the...

I got to shoot a Glock 37 a couple of years ago at a indoor pistol match. It felt like a hot-loaded 40.

The 21SF is a much better alternative if you are getting a Glock.

RangerX is on the money. DBAN is pretty useful. Though, the older the system is, the longer it takes.

You can also use debug.exe to write zeros to the drive. Google using debug to wipe a disk, and you'll find a ton of links.

That they are. Where I used to work, our facilities guys had a couple of air guns and part of their duties were sniping the nutria that resided in the retention pond.

Biggest one I've seen them kill was about 12 pounds.

Where in the fuck have you been?
Working, doing other stuff. My oldest boy is a freshman this year in HS, and he has been playing football and is now wrestling.

I got laid off this month, but just landed a new job at Western Oregon University.
