Calvin, you need to go ahead and get fully qualified now even if there are no Option 40 Slots open right now. If the slots open and you have't done anything to become qualified you might miss out. Have your recruiter call your MEPS counselors and they can check weekly to see if they can update your reservation with Option 40. Some counselors are lazy and won't do it or make excuses as to why they can't. I am not one of those counselors. Updating a reservation to option 40 takes less than 2 mi...
