Welcome to the site, Josiah. Post an APFT, to include pull-up, so we can see where you stand physically. Give everything you've got, every time you give and never, ever quit! RLTW

Re: VFW
One of the things that I learned as a Ranger, that has helped me in the civilian world, is that a Ranger always needs a Ranger Buddy. Sometimes when we're all alone in a task, it can seem overwhelming. Find someone to share the task/job with, seek their advice and help. Remember, when Jesus sent out...

Re: Anterior Delt is hurting from pullups now. What to do?
If there is a possibility of injuring it further I would not do any more pull-ups until you see a medical professional. If you continue and seriously injure it, it could possibly disqualify you for an Option 40 contract. Go to a doctor.

Welcome, you've got a short period of time to be ready for RASP. Don't waste this slot, get yourself physically and mentally ready, memorize the Ranger Creed and start living by it. Give everything you've got, every time you give and never, ever quit! RLTW

Re: Movie Reviews
God's Not Dead 2 was a great movie. It's about a high school teacher standing her ground for her faith, and what she endures by doing so. The movie brings to light on what is happening now in the US. How there are folks who want to kill God by making it illegal to teach or bring up Jesus, and say h...

I did a lot of rodeoing in that part of the country back in the 70s in High School Rodeo. Nephi and Cedar City both had great rodeos. I love that part of the country, especially the Canyon Lands. Make sure your recruiter understands completely what you want, don't let them talk you out of it. Make s...
