I have shot one and surprisingly it is not hard to control. If you have large hands you will defiantly want a pinky extension.
My son recently bought one of these and likes it a lot, I just need to keep him out of my .45 ammo stash.

Buy a roll pin punch set from Brownells, it has a bump on the end that supports the roll pin and keeps it from mushrooming or expanding as it is driven. This is different than a pin punch and are commonly used by gunsmiths.
