Re: Introduction: Never Quit
Ranger Jim, I acknowledge your post. "Never Quit" has chapped my ass a tad, and as you know, when I itch I must scratch. The following remarks are for Never to read if and when he re-visits this thread. Never: My first impression of you was a tad positive. My brother is a career firefighte...

Re: Japan to Re-Arm?
If I was Japan I would do it. I can't blame them, and I can't say I'm against it. Their culture has fundamentally changed (just like ours) since the 1960's. I'm not worried about them building up their conventional military.

Re: Ruck Sack Weight
Don't go spend a jillion dollars on cool guy ruck sack mods when you can't even use the basic one yet. A large ALICE pack from a surplus store/website will serve your purpose perfectly. I tend to only use my waist belt if my ruck is over a hundred pounds because I can't stand it wrapped around my ab...

Re: Ruck Sack Weight
Regimental standard when I was there was 55-65 lbs (training) or more (when mission essential) at a fifteen minute mile pace for whatever distance was necessary (normally less than 20 miles). The fifteen minute mile pace normally included a five to ten minute break per hour, so the actual walking pa...

Believe it or not it is my opinion that Mahmoud is not as bad as we wish he was. The political will exists in Iran to build the sort of weaponry he is pursuing. His leaving power will not change Iran's aspirations as a nation. Mahmoud does an excellent job of dancing right on the line of 'enough but...

Re: In New York, defiant Ahmadinejad says Israel will be "el
Cats like Mahmoud usually consider three options in this situation: 1. Step down when his term is over. 2. Generate another 'landslide election' in his favor and advertise non-existent 'public approval' of his remaining in office in order to do so. 3. Create a public emergency where it is 'necessary...

You're welcome stud. Don't forget to address Rangers on this site appropriately, and I think I speak for the crowd when I say, "Drop the @ symbols." That shit makes my teeth itch. I did some push-ups because I had to re-read the site rules. I guess everyone needs re-training once in a whi...
