Lost a lot of endurance for the push-ups as I've been working on strength in the gym. Gained 10 pounds of muscle, going from 190 to 200 even. Starting back up on the muscle failure, high rep low weight workouts.

Rangers, only a few days left until I head to the EFMB course. I am extremely confident in my abilities. It will be a giant task, but I feel I am ready and will succeed.

Rangers, my Platoon Sergeant told me yesterday that Airborne School could be an option while I'm here in Korea. Things keep looking up for me. But as of now, I'm focusing on the 25 meter target, namely being the EFMB.

Rangers, I have completed the task at hand. Completed the 12 miles in 2 hours and 21 minutes. Good enough for a 1st place.

Resting up for the ruck march in the morning. Humphreys is basically flat, other than a few minor hills here and there. So, the route seems fairly easy. But I'm not going to take anything for granted.

Rangers, Monday morning I will be participating in the preliminary EFMB 12 mile ruck. My ruck time is 20 minutes under the 3 hour maximum at 2 hours and 40 minutes. I'm hoping to cut off another 10 minutes, if possible, on Monday.

Roger that, Ranger MadBSTRD. Kemba, I located a Ranger School prep workout online and took a few things and added my own. More than likely what has helped, is on bench press, I'll do three heavy sets. Then do half of my body weight 20x for three sets, then 65% of body weight for 15x three sets. I ut...

Been hitting the gym lately. Nothing but muscle failure workouts with weights. It has definitely improved my push-ups in a short time.
