Awesome, sounds like you are being smart and staying focused. I wouldn't be so concerned with losing weight, rather more of what you eat and continuing with smart PT.
By now you should have a basic foundation and continue to improve while focusing on your take in front of you.

Maybe you need to take a trip to 75 and make an appointment with RGT staff to get them to cut orders. Honestly you can hear stories from others who showed up and knocked on the door. There's a Ranger who served long ago who wrote a book about his experience doing that.
