I'm a big fan of egg dishes. Typically, something like this: In a frying pan, heat your oil or butter. dice up some onions, jalapeno's, lunch meat if you have any, throw these in the pan once it's hot. Scramble 3ish eggs and throw them in the pan..season with salt, pepper, franks and maybe some hot ...
