My name is Brar, And I am 20 years old. I have been training for rasp for about 6 months now, and I am going to join the army in June, 11b with option 40. I registered on this site to learn from other people’s expeniences and also to get advice from Rangers.

This is my first post. I joined this site to help me train better for Rasp. My current pt scores are-
Push ups- 66
Sit ups- 72
2 mile run- 14:30
Pull ups- 12
5 mile run- 38:40
I would appreciate if rangers could critique my scores, and advice me on getting better.
