Update: Rangers, Graduated airborne school, and went on to RIP hold. Passed the PT test yesterday and met the standards to get out of RIP also. Looking "forward" to starting RIP, getting through the suck and earning my scroll and beret. 1SG gave a good, motivating speech to all of us Rippi...

Listen to the doc, RICE. Use the advil or motrin, motrin is a miracle drug, but you only get its true effects when it builds up in your body. My name is Jon, I'm 18 years old and I graduated highschool a few months ago. I enlisted in the Army 2 days ago on a 68w/opt40 contract and I ship out to basic training on September 20th.
