Just finished putting my first 100 rds through it. A very nice weapon. No problem keeping good groups at 15 meters, and no malfunctions. The SA trigger is smooth and predictable. Thanks again CD for the good recommendation.

If you use that little "Search" icon at the top you can answer a lot of your questions and spare the Rangers the trouble of re-typing answers they've given over and over and over and over and over and over and.....

Just like SSG Plavney said in his other post: if you wanna train for 5 you better run further. I, personally, like to take my training distance and start doing that immediately. That way, I only have 1 variable to work on. Say you are out of shape, but you wanna get to where you're running 6 miles i...

...should i start out with like a mile a week and increase? I wouldn't. I would start off with 6, even if you have to drag ass the whole way slow as hell. Even if you're barely trotting, don't let yourself walk. There is no fatbody alive that can't survive 6 miles, so just remember that you can do ...

Well, I finished the book last night, and I still think the book has real problems. Chief among them being his apologetics on behalf of the Somalis under Aidid. Also, I don't think the emphasis on intra-unit squabbling added significantly to the telling of the history. It would've been fine to menti...

On e thing I would point out is that many people who think they are bad runners really just don't know how hard they can push themselves. Running well takes training and practice, and building endurance can take months. Stick with it hard for several months, then reassess whether or not you're a goo...

Run 6 miles every weeknight. Go as slow as you need to at first to finish. No matter how sore you are, run EVERY night. You'll get used to it within 2 weeks (which is nothing). After the first two weeks, when you're body adjusts to the running, start shaving time by pushing yourself run a faster pac...

When I first started working on push-ups I could do about 55. One thing I did that seemed to help was on Mondays I did a super set on the bench. Starting with 30lb. on either side (10-10-10), I did 15 reps x 4, shedding 10 each time and jumping right back down to knock out the next set. Then I'd jum...

PT gear: TIMEX Time + Distance

Just thought I'd offer up a little product review. I recently purchased the Timex Time + Distance wristwatch, which uses GPS to record your speed and distance travelled. The wristwatch "speaks" wirelessly with a small, wallet-sized GPS receiver that can be strapped to the arm or worn on a ...

Somone just told me if you get a guaranteed combat contract and there is no war during your tenure, you are allowed under US law to attack France on your own during the last month of your term. They'll drop you off on the beach of your choice, but I don't think they guarantee any air support or nava...
