The station will have to run a grade waiver through DA HRC. They will determine your rank. It cannot be determined at a recruiting station.

The ROC is willing to help out high school graduates. If you qualify at the meps ask your counselor to call the ROC for 11X Option 40. Infantry may not be open but other MOSs maybe open with option 40.

I see a few Option 40 11X on the system for the recsta of 20140113. We also enlisted one today with a recsta of 20140328. The recuiter actually pulled that one. So your recruiter needs to get busy.
