I asked one of our PLT Docs that I served with in B Co, 3/75 during that time, and he has never heard of him. And I agree with asking him those questions next time you see him. Watch either his confidence, or utter failure and excuses with his replies.

It's amazing how that document gets in the way of politicians that we wish would go away. And chaos would be you looking down and seeing your belt buckle...unless you're starving.
