Best bet contact a Regular Army Recruiter in a recruiter station out in Indiana and ask the question to them. I have not seen prior service SMs enter right into the 75th. The 75th recruiter will tell you the same thing. The Rangers here have already talked about PT and mental toughness improvements....

Crossfit will assist in the RAW assessment and during the RPAT. Just be careful to not go crazy when you start out. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
