Re: Need some footage
I'm going to Tony Blauer's SPEAR course next week (http://www.blauertactical.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), and I understand he shows a lot of that type of stuff during instruction. If I can get a disk, then I'll pass on a copy. I'll be done with the course around 4 F...

Re: Best Sapper competition
Y'all don't have to live and work here at Fort Leonard Wood. There are sapper t-shirts, license plates, trailer hitch covers, window swag, on and on... Freshly completed LTs walk around with their left shoulder forward, the whole bit. The Best Crapper competition shuts down half the post, reroutes t...

Talk on the cell phone, apply makeup and fiddle with the stereo all while doing 62 MPH in the fast lane... Then, wink and show cleavage at the cop when he shows up to work the TA.

Re: SGTR Intro
It took me about 8 months to get vetted. Yes - I submitted my 214 and my last official DA photo. I even cursed out an admin and a chick on the site before mine got done. I just didn't know the right people and the checks went back over 15 years. It was more frustrating than the security clearance cr...

CIA. Waterboarding. Torture in Gitmo. Hidden Bush plots. Today is the media love-fest day - I'm sure it can be tied to something.

Re: USAFA Facts Of The Day
This has the potential to turn into a really good thread...
I just wanted to get in on the first or second page before this turns into the RTO thread, or the drinking thread, or the CD player thread, or the random thought thread...

Re: Introduction
Ranger 42L5V, I attend the University of Missouri Columbia a.k.a. Mizzou and am a Sophomore in Electrical Engineering. My son is at MSU as a freshman. Some of his classmates are at Mizzou, not sure if any are in the ROTC program. (He's a Waynesville HS graduate.) I will check with him to see if the...

Blauer's SPEAR system
I have a 50/50 of attending the Tony Blauer SPEAR instructor course in VA Beach, to encorporate it into our PSD training. (we already use the SPEAR, just to become more proficient). Other than what I can find on the net, anyone have experience with him or this training? Thanks.

Re: Introduction
Welcome. What school do you attend? My son is in ROTC, and they have a pretty good PT plan and training schedule - mostly the fun stuff in the first year, but good to know skills. You should be able to pass the APFT on day one. That is your first goal.
