I own a CZ-52 and a CZ-40 (manufactured by CZ for Colt, so it's otherwise known as a Colt Z-40). The CZ-40 and CZ-75 are similar. My 40 is DAO, but has a real nice trigger, and no manual safety. Most don't like the grip angle on them, too far forward, but it fits my hand nicely. What'd you pay for ...

I wish I could've served when Reagan was POTUS....must've been good, proud times in the military. I was fortunate to have served when Reagan was in office. IMHO, he was the finest President I can recall during my lifetime. The only political bullshit we had to endure was the Gramm-Rudman-Hollings D...

Back in the mid-80s we sent some jumpers to Rhode Island for the RI ARNG SF parachute competition. One of the guys from our contingent did an outstanding PLF on the hood of a Volvo and right through the windshield.

I would recommend reading Lance Armstrong's book "Its not about the bike".

While I don't think you lack any personal motivation, just look at it as another tool for your box.

God speed and get better soon.

I just picked up a CZ 75 SP01 Shadow yesterday. Here are a couple of detail specs about it, I'll likely get a chance to shoot it later this week and take some pics. http://www.aberkleydesign.com/shooting/cz75sp01shadowpage1.jpg http://www.aberkleydesign.com/shooting/cz75sp01shadowpage2.jpg Came with...

Bond is back. Hits theatres in November. Here is the first trailer. Still too early to tell, but this guy may be the best 007 ever. http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1809961074/trailer BLASPHEMER! Sean Connery is the best Bond. :) Daniel Craig is really great in this role, the last Bond movie pretty mu...

Nightforce NXS 1-4x24 on my AR

I had started this rifle off with an Acog, and just couldn't get the BAC thing down, would always see 2 chevrons, so I sold it and mounted an Aimpoint with a A.R.M.S. M68 with cantilever mount. Shot the Area 1 Multigun last year, and really sucked on the long-range steel with the Aimpoint, and decid...

Nice blaster. I'm shooting Area 1 next weekend with my Open gun, then it goes back to the 'smith for a new comp and switch to 5" recoil system. My existing comp lacks enough material for a ball cut to accommodate the longer recoil system.

Did you do the grip yourself? Looks really good.

Rangers, do you think it would be a good idea to get an MRI on the wrist? I had an X-Ray done a long time ago, and all of the bone structures were intact and in place. A MRI arthrogram will show any damage to the soft tissues in the wrist. Don't dick around with an ordinary doc, go see one that spe...

I tweaked the hell out of my L wrist using the mechanical dip machine in the gym while rehabbing from having back surgery in 2006. 13 months later I had it scoped, and I regret having that done as it took 4 months to get ROM back. The original diagnosis was a possible TFC tear, though they never fou...
