don't listen to that timeline..... I was back in about 4 months. I had ACL, MCL reconstruction, and meniscus tears.... Swimming was the best thing to do. I was in the pool as soon as I started physical therapy and my knee is in better shape than my other wheel!

Thank you. I think I would love Ranger too. The deciding factor was simply that I don't know much about Force Recon whatsoever, have tried to do a shitload of research, and unfortunately I haven't found an amazing Recon site like you Rangers have here - but the mystery kind of has its own appeal. h...

I knew I forgot something about AIRBORNE school..... How do you pack your chute again????? If it doesn't open, just undo your leg straps and try and get a confirmed kill by landing on the enemy and don't forget to perform a perfect RLF!

Veteran AngryPistols, there actually is a difference between the two. Interval training is when the individual will sprint with everything they have for a lap, take a short rest, and then do it again. And Fartlek is just what you described. no no no.....don't stop and take a rest, bad for the heart...

Thanks Rangers I wouldn't say it was too bad, but then again I wouldn't want to repeat it! I am glad to get this little bit of rest at home before busting my ass at batt, and damn is it nice to run somewhere where it isn't 100 degrees and 100 percent humidity!
