Tai Chi pushups, no pain no gain.
Now do 10 more pushups, but this time do 1, stand up turn around get down and do 2, stand up, turn around get down and do 3, repeat till you get to 10. We will get your pushups up 10 at a time.

Do 10 push-ups, just 10 but take al least 15 seconds apiece to do them and never stop moving. :twisted:

Just like marksmanship and most things to do with Rangering "Be Precise" or "Aim small miss small" applies to land nav. Don't simply shoot an azimuth and go that way dodging trees and getting further and further off course. Plot a course and stay on it.
