Re: Fresh Meat
The little fuck just made a formal complaint that I was rude and called him a liar. It was almost comical up to this point now it is infuriating. Let the games begin...

Re: Fresh Meat
Dude is completely, totally, fully, unequivocally full of shit! Even in the pre-SOCM days they wanted us to know how to to rapid sequence intubation. I'll give him the vecuronium, because that one they wouldn't carry or have access to. The others, however, he should know like the back of his hand. ...

Fresh Meat
Ok I think I know the answer to this but, for humor's sake I gotta post this. I got a brand new EMT student today for his first clinical, more than likely last one with me. Typical conversations and he says he was a Ranger medic with two deployments to Iraq. So I question him over breakfast and foun...

This is the one I use on day trips and in the boat for long bass tournaments instead of buying bottled water. No batteries or electronic parts to break and does an amazing job, even takes the nasty taste out of rivers and lakes. http://www.katadyn.com/usen/katadyn-products/products/katadynshopconnec...

full range of motion came back a couple months ago. Winning the battle against 6 months of atrophy now, ran Myrtle Beach marathon, slower than I wanted, but fast enough not to be ashamed of it. Swam 600 yards last Friday. Can't wait to see the neurosurgeon again and tell him to KISS MY ASS! Awesome...

Question for MDs, PAs, RNs.....
Or anyone else that knows more about this shit than I do. I fucked up my shoulder about a month ago at work. Swelled up and hurt quite a bit for a couple of days. Sharp pain with movement and a throbbing pain at rest. No restrictions for work since I cannot do my job with any restrictions whatsoever...

Re: Let it snow!
I just got off work spent the last three days clearing streets and locating our utilities for the power company. Many people still out of power and 1/2-3/4 inches of ice on everything. Temp dropped to -3 so far tonight so it is a wonderful Northern Indiana December. I cannot remember an ice storm th...

A good combination of classes are Red Cross First Aid and AHA CPR Basic Life Support for health care provider. Between those two you will be taught the major components of airway control and bleeding control. The AHA class has simple Airway Adjuncts and training on the AED. There has been a lot of t...

I have Verizon as a personal cell phone and Nextel as a Work phone. I was in western Michigan for a bass tournament this weekend and the Verizon was very spotty but the Nextel worked everywhere I went. I fish all over Indiana, Ohio, Michigan regularly and Verizon is normally the best service. I drop...

I attended a boot camp a few years ago that also dealt with drug dependancy so just for going I am labeled as someone with a drug problem history in all of my documents and some of the reports in my court checks have false information in them. the main thing is the two incidences I...
