I just bought an elliptical as well Ranger Silverback. It's no where nice as yours, (Walmart special) but it works well enough. I've never tried one of these machines, and I felt a lot of tension in my quadriceps when I got on it. It is also feels much better on my knee (recovering from ITBS). Mine ...
