Ranger Disinfertention GORUCK is basically as close as we Civilians can get to what you guys do. I have two packs both are surplus. one is a ILBE USMC main pack (to big to use for GORUCK imo) and the other is a ILBE USMC 3 day pack.

Well Ranger Disinfertention come to find out the shoes i bought are "Competition" shoes. in a nutshell they aren't good for daily running or training in general, they are good for race day and thats it. thank God i bought them at Kohl's so i can return them and get a actual running shoe

Ranger Disinfertention. i did a APFT test and this Is what I got. Push-ups 40 in 2 min. Sit-ups 44 in 2 min Chin-ups 6. I got some work to do thats for sure.
