Flat feet ok?

Hello Rangers. As the title says. I have Flat feet (My arches are fine until i put weight on them) So i over pronate. It doesn't give me problems if i wear proper shoes when running (Which from what i hear they now supply) But i'm a little worried about boots. If i ever have to run in boots which i'...

Re: Introduction-Gabriel

Ranger Disinfertention GORUCK is basically as close as we Civilians can get to what you guys do. I have two packs both are surplus. one is a ILBE USMC main pack (to big to use for GORUCK imo) and the other is a ILBE USMC 3 day pack.

Re: Introduction-Gabriel

Thank you Ranger Disinfertention, my old shoes were pretty worn down, I have ran 5 miles In my old ones before but not at the speed I have done with my new ones, that could be a reason also. I'm still going to take some time off running just to be sure I dont mess myself up somehow but I can still g...

Thank you Ranger Disinfertention. I run In Nike Flex Experience RN7, I had maybe ran In It for 1-2 weeks before I got Injured, they are comfortable shoes (anything Is better than my old run down shoes) and I feel It lets me strike more natural In my run, but If those are the cause of my problem I gu...
