Re: Introduction-Brady

Excellent, add your ship date to your bio. Also, as the time comes closer to you shipping out, you will open a thread in the Letters From School Thread.

Work on your knowledge, and keep reading around this site. Lots of good stuff here.

Re: Introduction-Brady

Brady, check that first sentence. Tell me what's wrong with it and do wall sits.

Also, good response. Professionalism is key, Regiment is no place for egos.

Keep us updated on your progress, and for fucks sake do not call me sir. I was enlisted......

Re: Introduction-Brady

Brady, Welcome to ArmyRanger.com.

I was in your shoes about 8 years ago. My advice to you is to start physically and mentally preparing for what is coming ahead of you if you decide to enlist with your Option 40.

In the meantime, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY suggest you start poking around this site ...

Re: Introduction- Jodari

Jodari,

If you make it to RASP you will see that these motivations are a common theme. Ranger Regiment is comprised of individuals who are able to self motivate, work together in a cohesive unit, and actually WANT to do their job.

Keep us posted.

Re: Introduction - Gavin (again)

Gavin, welcome back.

While you prepare for Pre RASP, I recommend that you get your body adjusted to calisthenic and endurance work. This site has alot of workout threads created for people that were in situations similar to yours.

In regards to information about RASP, there are numerous threads ...

Re: Introduction- Jodari

Jodari, welcome to the site. Read the forum rules and stickies. Why do you want to be a Ranger? What made you want to join the military? What are your PT scores looking like? Do you have a prep plan to reattack Ranger School?

It is October 27th, what is your 5 mile time?

Do flutterkicks and do one for the Airborne Ranger In The Sky. Also, choose one and tell us about him here.

Re: Introduction - Blake

Blake,

Send us another SITREP. What are your PT scores looking like? What's new?

My advice to you is to establish a workable ROUTINE. Routines help you stay focused on what you need to do, and they help you see actual progress in whatever you are doing over time.
