Hey there Rangers and friends.
I've searched the forums and online, with only vague insight of a 68x in the Batt.
I've wanted more this area as not only for credits; but my Father was in 2nd Batt. Was diagnosed with a plethora of mental disorders; PTSD, manicdepressive, etc. I would like to help ...

Hey again Rangers and friends.
Question about getting physically able to even do RASP.
I lost 150lbs to do this via bodybuilding/strongman. All with hopes of being one of the best.
I am 6'4", 250. BF is within standards however.
I am currently losing weight and have lost 15 in the past month ...

Hey there. Honest mistake, I won't it from here on out. My apologies.
I did strongman for most of my weightloss, I'm actually working on losing unneeded muscle mass as well as the fat. 2-3 months I'll be g2g.
