Re: When to start talking with a recruiter?
Ranger Jim, I'm a little confused. Is there any way to check for 11x Option 40's at the recruiter station? I thought you could only look at contracts at MEPS and in order to go to MEPS and get a contract I would need to be in DEP? Yes, they can check and see if there are any slots available. If the...

Two wrongs don't make a right, three lefts do.
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.

Paraproskodians are figures of speech in which the latter part of a sentence or phrase is surprising or unexpected; frequently humorous. Winston Churchill loved them. 1. Where there's a will, I want to be in it. 2. The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on my list. 3. Since light t...

Where are you in your enlistment process? Nowhere officially yet. I'm in the explaining to my parents why I want to do this phase. Doing lots of PT, lots of reading about the enlisting process, what to do. Reading all I can about BTC, AIT, RASP and Ranger School. My Sister works for RedStone Arsena...

Re: Introduction
Alright thanks. My bad Garrettm2240, I am not a Ranger yet but the Rangers here all take out of their time to reply and mentor people aspiring to be Rangers here. In return all they ask is you read the FAQs and follow a few simple rules. If you had done this you would have replied "Alright tha...
