Was slower on my run today...need to up my cardio!

Ranger Jim, I make it a habit of touching my chest to the ground on push ups and going all the way up/down on my sit ups. According to a Ranger that is a good friend of mine, my form is good! My recruiter said I don't have to touch my chest to the ground for the PT test though.

Roger that Ranger ManchuV, this is my current workout routine that I started a month ago. Should probably tweak it to more cardio? I will add in jump ropes every day as well as burpees!
Monday-2 minute drill: push ups, sit ups, pull ups. and 10x100m sprints.

Roger that Ranger Jim! I have been reading the letters from school and have adjusted my workout routine from lifting heavy to more endurance training...My PT scores WILL be much better within the next month.
