Graduated 11/2/12
Hello Rangers, I'm proud to report that as of this afternoon I have successfully graduated RASP and donned my tan beret. It feels very good to have set out a goal for myself and went out, put the work in, and accomplished my goal. I have personally learned a lot from the cadre and I will take the th...

Starting RASP
Hello Rangers, I will be turned over to the RASP cadre tomorrow and will be starting Monday in the next class. The six weeks of Pre-rasp have been a great help in getting ready for rasp and understanding what is expected performance wise during the course. The land nav course I was able to take duri...

Unless things change we are projected to begin the actual RASP course in September. Arriving at the Ranger compound put a smile on my face, I had finally arrived wher...

Hello Rangers, I have successfully completed my 5 jumps and I will be graduating Airborne school tomorrow. Over the past three weeks a few other RASP buddies of mine from basic training have been going to Smith gym and keeping up on PT. I was glad to have an actual weight room once again. I am unawa...

Sitrep-Marshal
Hello Rangers. I have successfully completed OSUT and I was able to complete my goal of obtaining a Ranger contract. Despite my GT score issue I brought up earlier and the fact that I didn't even have an Airborne contract prior to shipping I'm happy to say that I was still able to earn a contract. I...

I ran into a roadblock but I enlisted anyway. Sitrep-Marshal
Hello Rangers, Since my introduction I have enlisted into the Army with an 11x option 4 contract. I was able to score well on my AFQT but my GT score ended up being a 102. I was disappointed with my self after I took the test, knowing that I did not meet the standards and I would not be able to get ...
