Welcome. Maybe I'm still a cherry but that's a pretty wide field of work.
How did you go from Navy, straight to a SFC in the Army?

Re: Tips and Tricks to get in PT during OSUT?
For Infantry OSUT, they give you a good bit of 'time off'... but you aren't going anywhere. So, use what you have near you, e.g.; Your rack.
Works great to hold your feet for situps, and you can do pushups anywhere. As for cardio... well, don't half-ass it in the morning PT.

Fake Ranger (Not sure where to put this)
Howdy Rangers. I've got an amusing case. This guy used to be my squad leader in the 82nd. During that time, he claimed to have spent time in the 75th as a Team leader. He claimed that he was removed from the 75th after punching his platoon sergeant. He also told a few stories about how he got in tro...

Re: Intro - Chris
I would have to agree with Ranger Buzz on that one.. I would look hard and heavy at that college degree, plus a commission into the Army. That's not something that comes around every day. And just because your chances are -slim- to get into the 75th, doesn't mean it's impossible. And how would you f...

The military has alot of peanut butter in their food to begin with... Damn near every MRE I get has peanut butter... so you're unit will find out anyway, so best not to try and hide it.

Howdy, I saw this site over at armyparatroopers.org and since I intend to go to Ranger school next year, I figured this would be a great place to get squared the fuck away. I'm an 11b1p with the 82nd Airborne, A/co 2-505 (Been here since '08) and currently deployed, where I've gotten my CIB and a fe...
