I was doing pushups regularly for about 2 weeks, doing about 200 a day. I was also doing flutter kicks and other abb exercises and some leg exercises occassionally, but I didn't gain any weight. If you graduate RIP are you a ranger?
If you graduate RIP are you required to go to ranger school?
What is smoke? The forum description of what RIP is like says that it consists partly in smoke, but I don't know what that means.
