Re: Sitrep
Ah, sorry Ranger Jim, just been busy here and spaced over! I figure Paddyman and I were gonna trade posting weeks off as he bunks next to me. I'm doing well as can be here, passed the five mile and did our shooting this week and breaching next week. Only two more weeks left with our PT test Tuesday....

Re: Sitrep
Rangers, just a brief sitrep. Finished with Cole Range yesterday. It sucked but I drove on and didn't quit. I simply just did what I was supposed to and continued on. Week three starts Tuesday and I am having a great time.
Will continue with the sitreps

Re: Sitrep
Rangers, Thought I'd give a sitrep here. Well, we class up this coming Friday, and I'm nervous and excited as hell. But I know that if I strive to exceed the standard, I'll be ok. This is where it all comes together. I'm lucky enough to class up with Paddyman and we will be going through this togeth...

Re: Sitrep
Rangers, Checked into Pre-RASP and got our briefing by the First Sergeant and Company Commander. Everything that has been said is summarized into two words "Don't quit." I lucked out and get to go to Cole Range tomorrow on detail, I plan on watching and learning everything I can. I'm looki...

Re: Sitrep
Rangers, completed fourth and fifth jump today with the T-10, which got me to the ground a lot faster.i graduate tomorrow and then will be placed in pre-RASP hold. Nothing really to speak about Airborne school from what's been said. I had a lot of fun jumping out, and was nervous to do it. I eagerly...

Re: Sitrep
Checking in again Rangers. I'm in Airborne school at the moment having just finished ground week. Everything that has been said about it has come to pass so far. Very easy to get complacent, yet I ensure to PT properly and hydrate (the one thing I took for granted). Very motivating to see the new Ra...

Sitrep
Just checking in. Completed OSUT August 9th. Starting next week on Tuesday, I am held over until Airborne school starts. I had a very positive experience at OSUT and made some good friends and learned a great deal.
Starting next Monday, I'll resume PT and improve during holdover and Airborne.

Re: A Re-Introduction
Ranger Cams, I created a second introduction thread because I thought it would be the most appropriate place to reintroduce my current situation to the board. The advice I had given was simply meant to try and help people from trying to follow how I did. Not to tell anyone what to do, but simply say...

A Re-Introduction
Evening Rangers, Veterans, and everyone else, I figured today would mark an appropriate time to resurface on this forum board as I have been away for some time due to various reasons. It has been a long and bumpy road for me and I worked hard to be at the spot where I am at. Some may remember, I had...

Potiental phonie
I was wondering if a Ranger could message me about a possible Phony or bring up a manifest to verify or not if he is legitamite. My friend who is a Ranger ( Ranger52) produced a challenge coin to a man who works at a bar setting; offering to buy the man a beer if he was in fact a Ranger. The man fai...

Re: The Lead the Way Fund's Annual Run Nov. 14
Honorable Merlyn,
Grim unless you want to drive over to West Virginia, I'd have to see but Ranger52 is driving his vehicle with me and another of his buddies, that plus luggage. I'll have to ask him.
