Yeah, I was clueless. 4 months out of MI AIT. Didn't know how to put a ruck together (didn't even know they were issued in pieces). A guy from a Ranger bat showed me how to put it together. When I filled it and weighed it to standard I thought it was really, really heavy.

The SFAS training booklet does not exceed 45lbs but you will carry ALOT more than that in SFAS.
