Ranger Nomad and Ranger Ndog275 Shipping out tomorrow so I thought I'd do a little pre-basic apft. My results were: PU: 55 SU: 72 2mi run: 14:20 Pull ups: 10 Not great but there has definitly been some improvements in the few months I've been doing these workouts. Tuesdays run and WO complete. I guessed a medium pace to be about 8min/mi. I ended up finishing the run at 15:10.
