In airborne hold 22 out of 40 have dropped their option 40s. They were told they could write down a prefered duty station but it says on their orders needs of the army. The sad part is motivated guys that asked if they could pick up the contracts were told no. We were told we will be the first RASP ...

Your situation might be completly different than mine, but I have a lot of credits from independent study classes and I was fine.

On 3-31 I tried rucking for the first time and through on a 40lb backpack and rucked for an hour.

On 4-1 I didnt see the post in time, I did 300 Push Ups and 300 Sit Ups throughout the day and swam a 500.

I didnt have access to our lifting equipment today, so I went to open wrestling instead. We did a 20 minute light warm up, hard drilling for 10 minutes, three 6 minute matches, then a 10 minute conditioning period with sprints, pushups, running with sandbags, leg raisers.

I did the long run, I kept my pace at about 8 Minute miles and covered 12 miles.

I did Friday's WO Properly last night with a time of 23:11.

I wrote the workout down wrong after re-reading it I missed several things, the second 1 mile run and 5 sets of 20 squats and 5 sets of 25 push ups I will complete the workout properly tommorow. I did the long swim today.
