The combination of the GI Bill AND Army College Fund is up to 70K. the GI bill alone is around 50K. if you don't have the college fund, you don't get it now. Yes, a 17 year old may contract for Option 40 with any MOS it comes with. Only 18 year olds may contract for MOS 18X. So according to your post, my recruiter pretty much lied to me when they said I had to be 18 to qualify for the Option 40? I think I'll have a talk with them about getting this issu...
