Congrats on the contract. The Airborne physical for me consisted of popping my ears and a red/green/white light vision test. So whenever you do it, dont sweat it because those things may be important when jumping from a plane, but the actual test is a joke. Hope this helps.

I am but a DEP, but Ill try and square you away. I got E2 at MEPS, im going through the basic training checklist to get E-3 before I ship without a problem, so maybe you have a lazy recruiter. It is 100 percent possible. PM me if you have any other questions I could help with.
