Welcome.

Hey bro, you might want to reconsider your user name; or at least the spelling. It seems to say SF LIAR. Obviuosly not your intent.

Buddy of mine on the team, has a pair of these; and they seem to be falling apart on him. However, it could be a lack of care. I think alot of us expect other boots to hold up like j-boots, but we cannot wear them through all terrain/weather. I'm with my old buddy Ranger H8, you can't beat a good pa...

173rd mass jumped into Kandahar, Afghanistan. Im not sure if the 82nd did or not, and im not confusing the 173rd with the 82nd or 101st. Looks like the 173rd and 82nd jumped in Afghanistan and the 101st and 173rd jumped in Iraq. Spitfire check your facts. 173rd jumped into Irbil, Iraq. Not Afganist...

Hmmm? thanks for the help! Rangers do use SOF kits (303 sounds right). Everything is pre-fab'd, shape-charges, linear etc. Just add explosives. As far as not knowing my shit, I do. I was hoping for some # on the parts in the kits (actually a big box) not obvious Ranger School demo bag shit. Bro, if...

Re: New rumor in Regt.

They are going to test it out soon. The ammo issue has been worked out with our supieriors. SOCOM will just get more .45 ammo. I don't know the details. I said lets go with the 1911. Cheaper and less complicated. Sweet! Good deal then. I hope it doesn't get fucked up. Sometimes Staff listens to the...

Doc, I had a Croatian one that worked pretty well. Better than any of the other ones I came across. The brand new Bulgarian ones bought for the Hajjis were not too bad, but still had the occasional top plate fly off. I would hate to rely on any of them. Weapons made by Arabs or Communists, I just do...

Re: New rumor in Regt.

Talked to a buddy of mine in Force Mod and he told me that Regt is probably going to Kimber for their new sidearm. .45 cal obviously. :D Sounds Doubtful, John. Is that from the RHQ Force Mod? It's a vey costly piece. Our team is considering going to them(copying of a 5th group team), but that's for...

Are you referring to the M303? Things like CCC's and EFPs? Are did you have someth...

Was that about 94-95 timeframe? He ETSd and went to college first didn't he?

That General's aide at the time was a SEAL LtCmdr. He was former A/1/75 as an EM.

Does anyone know which BN provided the NCO for the Sniper instructor slot @ NSWG? The last guy(actually both guys) came from C/1/75.

I have never heard of any Rangers attending BUDS. Most of us hate SEALS it would acutally be a step down for us. It is like a Ranger going to Special Forces. Thats fucked up, Brother! But, seriously on the SEAL thing. There are 2 instructor slots, that are filled by NCOs from the REGT. The last rot...

The Fedayeen loved the bling-bling weapons. I had a chrome-plated(more like tin) Dragunov. REMFs love captured weapons, they get to take pictures with them and pretend they're real soldiers. The best use for them captured weapons is to trade with the REMF COs and 1SGs for gear and supplies your FOB ...
