Readout of Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl’s Meeting With Luxembourg Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, François Bausch

Department of Defense Spokesman Lt. Col. David Herndon provided the following readout:

Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Dr. Colin Kahl met with Luxembourg’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense François Bausch for their first meeting in the Pentagon, Mar. 14. 

Under Secretary Kahl and Deputy Prime Minister Bausch reinforced the importance of upholding the strength and unity of the NATO Alliance, committed to continuing to support Ukraine as it defends its sovereignty, and shared perspectives on developments in the Indo-Pacific. The two leaders also discussed bilateral cooperation in the space domain.
